Paper:

FSC Certified: All our paper and cardboard materials are sourced from FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) forests, ensuring responsible forestry and full traceability.

EU Compliance: We adhere to the EU Deforestation-Free Products Regulation (EUDR - Regulation EU 2023/1115), which prohibits paper sourced from illegally deforested land.

US Compliance: Our paper products comply with the Lacey Act, which bans the trade of illegally sourced wood-based materials in the United States.

Printing Inks:

Lead-Free & Phthalate-Free: All inks used in our printing processes are non-toxic, free from lead and phthalates, ensuring product safety for all age groups.

EU Compliance:

EC No. 1935/2004 – Materials intended to come into contact with food

EC No. 2023/2006 – Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for food contact materials

US Compliance: Inks meet FDA Title 21 CFR Part 170-199 standards for indirect food contact materials, ensuring safety for packaging and printed components.

Metals:

Lead-Free Alloys: We use alloys that comply with both U.S. and EU limits on lead content.

EU Compliance: In accordance with the RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) – lead content in metal components must not exceed 0.1%.

US Compliance: Fully compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) – limits total lead content in children's products to 100 ppm.

Plastics:

Safe & Tested: All plastics used in our products are rigorously tested and certified for safety.

EU Compliance: Conforms to EU Regulation No. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

US Compliance: Meets FDA Title 21 CFR Part 177 standards for plastic resins and polymers safe for indirect food contact.

Wood Components:

FSC Certified Wood: All wood used in our production comes from FSC-certified forests, guaranteeing legal harvesting and sustainability.

EU Compliance: Compliant with the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR - Regulation EU 995/2010), which ensures only legally harvested timber enters the EU market.

US Compliance: All wood components are compliant with the Lacey Act, verifying legality and traceability of wood imports into the U.S.
